How do my employees view their pay stubs?
We will provide you with a web address that will take your employees directly to a login page. When your employees visit this web address from any web-connected browser, they will be asked to create an account or to login. Once in, they can view messages, pay stubs, W2's and update their profile. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for novice users to find current or past pay stubs and W2's.

How do you protect my employee's personal data?
We maintain a state-of-the art web hosting facility that uses advanced physical and electronic security and counter measures to thwart attacks by hackers. We secure our servers in physically isolated rooms with limited access. We limit the number of employees that can access the servers and ensure that we monitor all of our employees electronically with intrusion detection systems that watch for attacks from the Internet as well as from inside our private network.

We don't use the payroll information loaded in our servers for any purpose other than displaying pay stubs and W2's to your employees. We don't disclose this information to anyone unless instructed by the employer or a state or federal court of law.

What does your service cost?
There is an initial upfront charge to setup your account which can be as low as $299. Your setup charge may be slightly higher if we have to create a custom payroll data import routine.

We charge a per pay stub that is loaded fee that is based on the volume of pay stubs loaded during the load process. The highest price we charge is $.25 cents per pay stub up to 100 pay stubs. Please call for a quote that matches your unique requirements.

How do I send you my payroll information?
As an employer, you will be provided with an administrative login used to upload pay stub files. From this admin area, you will be able to upload a payroll file from your web browser and view your load statistics, billing statements and reports that show how your employees are using the site. Optionally, we can also provide other means of transferring files like automated ftp.

Can you calculate W2 amounts?
Yes we can create W2's based on the payroll information that you have loaded. If, however, the PaystubsNOW system does not have your complete payroll database, we can also accept a W2 upload file that will populate the employee's W2.

What does the pay stub and printout look like?
The PaystubsNOW system produces the pay stub web pages and printout in a standard manner. If you require a different format, we can modify the web pages and printout to match your specific paper pay stub. These customizations will have a nominal one-time cost, so please contact us to discuss your unique requirements.

What is the minimum number of pay stubs that I must load?
There is a $25 minimum charge for each pay stub file that is loaded.

What length of contract do you require?
There is no minimum length of contract to use the system. You may cancel the service at any time.

How much pay stub history do you maintain?
Our standard time is to maintain a maximum of 2 years of pay stub history for each of your employees. We offer longer history periods for an additional cost.

How long does it take from when I upload a payroll file for my employees to see their pay stubs?
For payroll files that are smaller than 100Mbytes, we process them immediately. These pay stubs can be available within minutes of uploading. Files that are larger than 100Mbytes may take up to 24 hours to process as we make sure we don't load our databases during times of peak usage. Normally, the pay stubs will be accessible to employees on the day of their payroll as indicated in the payroll file.

How do my employees create a login?
On their first time into PaystubsNOW, they will be asked to provide certain information to identify them selves. This information can be any part of the pay stub information that the employer wishes to use for this process. For example, you can have them enter a social security number, date of birth and home zip code or partial social security number and street address, etc. Once authenticated, the employee will create a unique username and password for subsequent logins.

Can you tell me how many of my employees are viewing their pay stubs?
We maintain usage reports for the employer, which are available through the employer's administrative login. These reports show statistics like, how many employees have logged in this month to view their pay stubs, what time of day employees are looking at pay stubs, etc.
